Workflows can trigger automated actions that gather information, generate summaries, or run investigation steps, helping teams reduce manual work and respond more efficiently during incidents. Workflows can invoke action plans, which are purpose-built AI workflows designed to automate or augment operational tasks. When Biggy receives a request or a workflow trigger, it can automatically execute the appropriate action plan to complete the task.
Workflows can be triggered in several ways to support different operational processes. For example, Channel Hawks allow Biggy to monitor collaboration channels for specific keywords or messages.
