Knowledge Corrections (IA)
Manage insights AI Incident Assistant, also known as Biggy, learns from user feedback in the Knowledge Corrections module within the Biggy Web App. Use this module to review and correct Biggy's knowledge and ensure that it has the right information and context.
Knowledge Corrections is located in the web app at Manage > Knowledge & Data > Knowledge Corrections.
Manage Knowledge Corrections
From the Knowledge Corrections screen, you can update the status or the type, and make changes to knowledge corrections. Click any of those fields to make changes.
If you'd like the status for all incoming knowledge corrections to automatically be approved, toggle on the Auto-Approve Knowledge Corrections option.
The following information about each knowledge correction appears on the screen:

Status | The current status of the knowledge correction. Possible statuses are:

Knowledge Correction | A summary of the user feedback provided to Biggy that includes additional context. Click on a specific knowledge correction to edit the summary. Once approved, this summary will be used to improve future responses. |
Type | The type of correction that was given. Possible correction types include:
User-specific preference Style preferences are user-specific. Biggy will only update the style preferences of the user who made the knowledge correction. |
Feedback | The feedback to Biggy's response to the user query that was given by the user. |
Sentiment | Whether Biggy's response received positive or negative feedback. |
User Query | The question that the user asked Biggy. |
Response | Biggy's response to the user query. |
User | The user who provided the feedback to Biggy. |
Date | The date and time that the feedback was given to Biggy. |
