Manage AI Incident Assistant Learning
Manage insights AI Incident Assistant learns from user feedback in the Learning module within the AI Incident Assistant Web App. Use this module to review and correct AI Incident Assistant's knowledge and ensure that it has the right information and context.
Learned Knowledge
When you receive a response from AI Incident Assistant, you can provide feedback to help improve the accuracy of future responses.
On the Learned Knowledge screen, admins can adjust the information AI Incident Assistant learned from user feedback. For example, if a user provides incorrect or partially incorrect feedback, you can correct the information AI Incident Assistant learns from on this page. You can also choose to auto-approve all knowledge corrections based on feedback given to AI Incident Assistant.

By default, all user feedback and knowledge correction history appears on the page. You can filter the list using the User, Approval Status, Correction Type, or Time Period filters.
Manage Learned Knowledge
From the Learned Knowledge screen, you can update the status or the type, and make changes to knowledge corrections. Click any of those fields to make changes.
If you'd like the status for all incoming knowledge corrections to automatically be approved, toggle on the Auto-Approve Knowledge Corrections option.
The following information about each knowledge correction appears on the screen:

Status | The current status of the knowledge correction. Possible statuses are:

Knowledge Correction | A summary of the user feedback provided to AI Incident Assistant that includes additional context. Click on a specific knowledge correction to edit the summary. Once approved, this summary will be used to improve future responses. |
Type | The type of correction that was given. Possible correction types include:
User-specific preference Style preferences are user-specific. AI Incident Assistant will only update the style preferences of the user who made the knowledge correction. |
User Query | The question that the user asked AI Incident Assistant. |
User | The user who provided the feedback to AI Incident Assistant. |
Feedback | The feedback to AI Incident Assistant's response to the user query that was given by the user. |
Response | AI Incident Assistant's response to the user query. |
Date | The date and time that the feedback was given to AI Incident Assistant. |
