BigPanda supports the latest stable versions of the following browsers:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Edge
• Safari

Other versions and browsers might still work correctly, but are not officially supported by BigPanda.

Recommendations and Requirements for All Browsers

• For all browsers, you must enable JavaScript, cookies, and TLS 1.2.
• For desktop access, a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 is recommended for optimal display of features such as incident details, incident timeline, and Environments.
• Some third-party web browser plugins and extensions can interfere with the functionality of BigPanda. If you experience malfunctions or inconsistent behavior, disable all of the plugins and extensions in your web browser and try again.

Exception for third-party cookie blocking

If your organization blocks third-party cookies by default, you may need to set up an exception to load Unified Analytics. Cookie exceptions can be added within your browser settings in the section related to privacy and security.
