BigPanda Analytics also presents real-time statistics on operational health and bandwidth in a single pane. Visualize system-wide severity and status across multiple environments at once, allowing your teams to see overall service health at a glance.

Self-Service Analytics and Custom Reports
BigPanda Analytics tools are available right in the BigPanda Console, putting the metrics at the fingertips of your team right when they need it.
You can also create and schedule dashboard reports using Report Manager. Reports can be shared via email to stakeholders who may not have access to BigPanda, allowing them to see how KPIs and metrics are trending over time.
If the metrics and KPIs that BigPanda Analytics focuses on aren’t right for your organization, these tools can be customized to better fit your analytics needs. This adds flexibility as your organization grows and changes. Unified Analytics
Unified Analytics is a reporting platform that allows you to validate and measure the impact of your monitoring systems and BigPanda configuration.
Unified Analytics offers focused dashboards, making it easy to see an overview of monitoring impacts, drill down into specific tools, or identify actionable incident trends. Each dashboard offers an on-demand snapshot of your data for a specific period of time, helping you visualize historical trends in your monitoring data and identify problem areas in your infrastructure.

Open Analytics Hub
If your organization uses the Standard Data Model, you can access the Open Analytics Hub to directly query and export your BigPanda raw data from Snowflake, which powers Unified Analytics. You can then combine it with your other operational data, build your own analyses using external tools, and control the structure of your data in a way that best suits your organization's needs.

Dashboards
The Dashboards Tab provides a consolidated view of real-time operational health metrics at a glance. The Dashboard is often used in NOC displays to provide an up-to-date view of the latest statuses.
You can configure Dashboards to display data from specific environments and can choose whether the dashboard should focus on severity or workflow status of incidents. Leverage Dashboards to keep your teams focused on only the highest priorities or key infrastructure elements.

ETL
BigPanda maintains raw data in standard objects that can be accessed through the BigPanda ETL pipeline, or can be exported in CSV format and processed through your own external tools.
The ETL Sync is ideal for sharing data with teams that are already leveraging an existing robust analytics tool, or who have unique data needs.
